Wonderful service
I had a missing piece on one of my products from the manufacturer and Lightopia’s customer service team’s actions to resolve it blew me away. Constant follow up, really nice and professional people, and I quickly received the replacement. Felt like working with a mom and pop shop, not a major online retailer. Would definitely purchase from them again!
