Solderstick website added items to my order automatically that I had removed at checkout, the system then charged me for it. I immedaitely requested Solderstick to revise the order, I later requested for a return authorization and credit as I did not want these items nor authorize payment for them. Solderstick has not provided any response to resolve this issue. There is no customer service that responds, no phone, no address location, no way to contact other than email. It took weeks to get the product, very scammy.

We have been looking for a better quality digitizing service, Enter SE Digitizing, very happy with their quality and willingness to understand we are looking for best-in-class,,,, We are coming back for more!

Note that other past digitizers we have used have not been on par and having to do 3+ rounds of digitizing and sew-outs to get a decent quality embroidery takes too much time, frustrates our customers and is taxing on the embroidery house asking for repeated sew-outs.... So take it from me SED can deliver better quality from the get-go, just specify what your end goal is!
