I was introduced to My Wealth through an employer and the experience, to date, has been excellent. Paul, my advisor, is utterly brilliant. He was able to explain everything to me, a complete financeaphobe (made up word, but you know what I mean) in Plain English and give me confidence in my decision-making. I look forward to my catch-up calls with him :) Today, I've called the helpline a couple of times (tech and portfolio queries) and both of the people I spoke to were kind, friendly, and super-helpful. Performance-wise it's very early days but, in the first month, the results have been positive - fingers crossed that continues.

Although delivery was a day late (Royal Mail's fault, not B&W's), my plant arrived in great condition and smells divine. I love how they include plant-specific care tips, and how on the ball they are with their customer care - B&W got in touch with me to let me know that delivery would be delayed, which was much appreciated because I'd heard nothing from Royal Mail. B&W are always very responsive, and their products are first class. Love B&W!

I've bought two pairs of slippers: the leopard print mules, and the moccasins. Both are super-comfortable and have outdoor soles, which means I can pop outdoors in them (the soles on the moccasins look especially durable). I'd LOVE it if they made outdoor shoes (not boots, sandals or clogs) - something akin to the moccasins, but not quite so slipper-like. Any chance of this happening, Jacobs & Dalton? :)
