They are a boiler room operation of professional liars that is designed to extract as much money from you as they can before they disable your account. They used 3 different names for their crypto tax department which is just another shadow department in their company that you can never talk with even though they hold the keys to the money transfers. Behind the scenes, they control the smart contracts with their own software developers and own the blockchain virtual machine hub to give them full control over every step of the blockchain. There is no way you can win as they hold every card rendering you powerless when they eventually disable your account and go radio silent. If you read all the 5-star reviews, you will see they are all vague and offer no proof of anything good. This is the exact tactic they use when they start answering some of the tough questions you ask them when it comes time to withdraw money. They pretend to follow Swiss laws but because they are not registered with the government, the are operating illegally which means you have no options to get help. I can continue to write another 10 pages about all the tactics they use but I think you get the point by now. That is why you must read the first line of this review again and as hard as it is, walk away and save whatever money you have left. They are the wolf in sheep’s clothing.
