I ordered a folding hammock frame from Jarder. It arrived very promptly within a day! Unfortunately there was a small piece that was broken in transit. I emailed them asking what they could suggest. Trish in customer service promptly emailed back saying that they would replace the faulty frame and that the replacement had already been dispatched! I received it the next day in time for a nice sunny weekend of lounging in my new hammock! Love it! Highly recommended, exceptional customer service! Have no doubt about ordering from this vendor!! 10/10 5 stars.
