Review of Second Life
I haven't heard about any false account bans or terminations outside of the reviews on this site. This platform is not beginner-friendly whatsoever, and everything feels primitive, but if you can get past those hurdles, it's a great platform for more mature users. This is an early example of a metaverse, and it actually feels like its name: a Second Life, as it has a full economy and everything.
Review of Roblox
My account of 11 years, NAT20Fen, has been terminated for exploiting when I didn't even exploit recently, and no human beings are responding to my ticket for two entire weeks. I waited an entire week to get a copy-paste response from support, which understandably annoyed me. You'd expect a human response from a week of waiting. Even when I contact them through voicemail and I clearly state my ticket number, they don't respond.
Simply put: if your account gets terminated, you're highly unlikely to ever get it back, no matter how loyal you are as a customer. This company needs more competent customer support agents.
