Found this for an excellent price, ordered simply and delivered very well packed with loads of protection. Couldn't ask for more. Very impressed.

Could say what time the delivery is arriving before the actual day. To be notified at least a day ahead with a message saying you're delivering tomorrow is more helpful than a it's on it's way. I knew this was on it's way when it was dispatched. We all have busy lifes and vague messages don't mean much.

Went to the local Protyre shop in Worcester today. It was time to change my Winter Wheels to my Summer Wheels. Simple job, or so I thought! Quoted me £20 including VAT. All that was required was a straight wheel swap, no tyres, no balancing etc. Ended up with a £80 bill. Never been charged this amount before by anyone, not even BMW who charge £63. Someone is ripping off customers here. I've used them for the last 5 years and this is the last time I will ever touch them again. Normally they have charged £20 all in. Something has changed here for the worst, including a £2.09 Environmental Charge!
