Needed a quick proxy to access something blocked in my region for a one-off thing. Didnt want to sign up for a paid VPN. A friend mentioned this resource. It was pretty straightforward to get a list, and after a few tries, I found a working one. It did the job. For a free service, its pretty solid for basic use. Just keep in mind its public, so dont expect super speed.
