7 day wait on crypto withdrawal of 3k!? They say it's to be safe and fraud and blah blah but never a real reason.Then when I ask questions they get annoyed and say there's nothing they can do so I ask can I talk to someone that can they act like there's nobody that can do anything. Day 7 is here and they won't reply to me. This is a ridiculous wait for this day and age! Other than that I love the app.

Customer service is atrocious!
Everything about this site is awesome until you need help with something. All of my interactions with "customer service" have been disappointing enough for me to self exclude permanently so I can't play here ever again! Customer service is Everything and this online casinos has zero!
