I booked a flight from LGA to Tulsa, OK on August 30th to fly out in sept.12-14. I was supposed to get the confirmation number 24 hours in advance, I didn’t. The day of my flight, I received boarding pass and my name was misspelled, I was assured that it’ll be fixed.

I got to the airport, check in with a ticket agent, get through security. As I’m about to board, I am informed that I cant fly because my ticket was never paid. The plane leaves me. I called the website and there was not even an apology. I’m supposed to receive a refund.

I missed a very important event thanks to this. I will never use this website again. Cheap prices, beware.

It was a great experience! The process of booking the vacation was seamless and easy. The hotels and experiences that I booked, were exactly as described. I will be booking my vacations with Tripmasters again!
