My package didn't arrive on time at first, so I sent an email. They said the package was lost at an airport, they apologized and then they fixed it by resending the package. It arrived completely intact and to my satisfaction. The quality is great and therefore worth the money. A little tip for the website: place more pictures of a product where someone is wearing it so you can see how it fits.
