I contacted xtool about an issue I needed help with and I was immediately contacted by Susan who went out of her way to help me to resolve the issue I had. Susan was so kind and understanding. She resolved my issue in a matter of hours and made what I thought would be a difficult situation to resolve incredibly easy.
