I have used Waitrose Online order with their Finchley Road branch three times and I noticed several products especially their fruit and vegetables section I often get poor quality products. But if I go buy the same things and have them delivered there is no problem. Also, I do not get a response from Customer Service when I complete the form and attach photos to the form. My friends told me that if order on with Waitrose they will send me poorer quality products. Now I know what they mean.

Nimesh was a great help. He and Stef went the extra mile to check if the fittings arrived and when they didn't they sent me replacements without any hassles.

This is my second purchase from Direct Vaccum and am very happy with the purchase. No fuss , choose the product and paid. The new vacuum cleaner arrived a couple of days later.

Contact the customer and Sam has been really helpful.
A much-improved service from my previous experience, I emailed them and till today I have not heard from Aydan since my last email in March. No sign of the gas engineer or anyone.
