Purchased a small garden cart with four pneumatic tyres. Unfortunately when delivered one of the tyres in the box was flat.
One phone call to Alan and new tyre was delivered within a couple of days.
Good old fashioned customer service.
I was a first time customer but will be definitely be a repeat customer.
