Fraudulent Charge – No Resolution for Over Two Months
I sailed on the Scarlet Lady from Miami to Barcelona, ending May 18, 2025. During the trip, a $280.50 charge was manually added to my account at The Wake restaurant for three bottles of champagne. I did not make this purchase, it was not processed via my wristband, and the receipt has a forged signature.
I first contacted Sailor Services on May 24. I followed up two more times with no response. On June 10, my Voyage Planner confirmed it was under investigation. On June 24, Sailor Services said they were “actively investigating.” Now, more than five weeks later, I still have no update, no resolution, and no refund.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication and action for such a serious issue.
