Peggior customer experience della mia vita.

Ho scritto e chiamato 100 volte perchè volevo fare un'ordine. Anche di una certa importanza. Ho chiamato anche il servizio clienti per chiedere quale fosse il motivo e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato e mai sentiti. Mi avevano anche fatto preparare la piantina della stanza cosa che ho fatto e inviato più volte e dopoo 5 mesi di tentativi mi sa che desisterò. Se qualcuno volesse chiamarmi....

siamo spiacenti che non abbia ricevuto risposta dal nostro ufficio commerciale ma abbiamo avuto un problema tecnico che siamo riusciti a risolvere. In giornata odierna verrà contattato da una delle nostre ragazze.

No socks delivered, hard to handle!

I didn't receive the socks because of the delivery company was chosen.
The company (poste Italiane didn't find my office in which I work since 2020 and I receive everyday mail, me and my 35 co workers...)
Now I should reorder everything and I am waiting to have my money back. I think it would be easier if you send me the pack again.
