One of the front calipers didn't have the bleeder screw hole drillled out all the way we spend 2 hours trying to bleed it before we finnaly figured it out. They were more than happy to send out a new one and apologize for the inconvenience. Even though we had a problem it was great customer service

After reviewing internally, it sounds like you spoke with our President directly. He was able to clarify a few things, such as the defective Caliper, and that we would send out a replacement. The Caliper is on the way. Also, we addressed your hard pedal issue and explained that it was likely caused by a master cylinder push rod that has not been readjusted after changing the master cylinder from a single circuit to a dual circuit master.
