Volvo UK has gone down the pan

I had to contact Volvo about a simple issue with servicing and I have to say they couldn't be less bothered to assist but within an hour of me making a complaint they had issued a final outcome letter to me directing me to the motor ombudsman. I asked if the issue could be escalated but they allegedly have no escalation process and their 'executives' decisions are final. Basically avoid because unless you are buying a new vehicle with all the expensive bells and whistles from them they really could not careless about you. They are Chinese owned now so the days of good and friendly Swedish customer care are truly over. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!
