When I first signed up with them, they were a legitimate company. Then, they got taken over by Equifax, the company that leaks your data, hides it, practices insider trading and then pretends to protect you. I just tried to call them and have been on the phone for a solid 20 minutes without getting connected to any support. And phone support is the only way you can get help in case there's identity theft. Is that who you'd want to place your trust in? I don't. Cancelling service.
