From initial contact through to completed garage door, everyone at crocodile were excellent.Communication was clear and concise, the office staff were friendly and polite, as was Mohammed the salesman who took his time to explain things without being pushy. His explanation and eye for detail was what sold it to me. The surveyor and the fitters, Paul and Paul arrived on time and worked quickly and expertly to complete the job. It was pouring down throughout, but they both worked on and smiled throughout. I cannot praise them enough. The materials used are solid and appear to be well constructed and fit for purpose. Paula was great organising the dates and keeping in touch with me and the three lads that did the hard work were friendly hardworking and really good at their job. Everything was treated with care and arrived safely deposited in the designated rooms at the new place. How they fitted everything into the van I do not know, but they did and all was completed with a minimum of fuss and they were gone before 6pm leaving us to find all the essential stuff for the first night in a new home.
