Shocking! Avoid!

I ordered some items from linenmen and although arrived in a timely manner the quality is incredibly poor. They clearly enhance the pics on their website probably with AI. The quality is incredibly poor. Avoid this site. Customer service is appaulling. I messaged to advise that I did not want the items and to return them. They ignored messages, I then took my case to PayPal and linenmen offered a 10% refund. I have declined this offer as I want a full refund for poor quality garments and to return them. They are saying I would have to pay customs charges (as they are based in China regardless of what the website alluds to) to return however as it is a return and not an import their should be little to no charges. I will update this once my case been reviewed by PayPal.

Customer service is none existent

Customer service is none existent. I paid for a 3 year membership however there was no invoice created for it. I cant reconcile my bank account without it. I have sent 5 online requests through the HiNotes app with no respose. I have emailed seperately with no respose. There is no customer service number to speak to a person. I want a full refund for the membership and I will take my money elsewhere. If this is not completed then I will be taking further action and contact with FCA.
