I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency from making the order to having my product delivered and installed on the same day by the team.Having ordered one of these produts from another supplier recently Harbour lifestyle were night and day ahead of them.
Only gripe and the reason I only gave it 4 stars was the fact the bolt down service I paid additional money for wasn't done very well.

From the start of the process until the very end Portable offices were first class.They were very informative and stuck to time frames so I couldn't thank them enough.Michelle was always on hand to answer any questions and Dave made the whole operation run smooth whilst on site.
Just be honest with timescales.I made the order online and then read the small print in the T&Cs afterwards.I called to cancel the order I had just made as it said some of the items could take up to 12 weeks to arrive.After to speaking with Sophie she advised the remainder of the order would be in by late December which was roughly 5-6 weeks so kept the order on.We received the goods in early March and then it took numerous phone calls to get someone to come back and fit the remainder.I also paid for the bolt down service and the guy who came out originally put one bolt in each leg and said he would put the rest of them in when he returned to finish the pergola.This is still outstanding.

Apologies that our stock time scales were not suitable for you. But we must clarify that our small print / T's&C's do not state stock takes up to 12 weeks to arrive, this is incorrect information. Maybe you have misread the information regarding replacement parts? Apologies for any confusion.
Unfortunately not all stock on our website is ready for immediate delivery, which is clearly stated on our product pages with an ETA for arrival. Some items at the time of ordering were Pre-order items, therefore had to be delivered separately. This detail was all advised via email the date of ordering , and you opted for the separate delivery of items that were ready for delivery immediately, and a second delivery when the rest of the items were in stock.
I can also see that the completion of bolting is also arranged to be completed this week.
Apologies that you did not find this suitable for your needs but we do believe we were honest via our website detail and our customer service email correspondence.
