I was surprised at the level of communication with the associate who helped me book the experience. It felt very personalized. She kept me updated during the booking process and followed up afterwards. I had a great time the day of the excursion and everything was exactly as promised. I was happy there were no issues whatsoever using my gift certificate over a year after receiving it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a gift experience for someone else after enjoying my own gift so much.
