The Astral arrived on time and was well packaged, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed not to receive even a minor discount, especially considering I purchased this GPU at a higher price than what competitors like Overclockers were offering at the time.

I reached out to the Sales team to raise my concern, but unfortunately, my request was rejected. This was particularly disheartening given that I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. I expected a bit more flexibility or recognition of that loyalty.
