Wonderful Staff

Every time we travel the staff are friendly, professional and always go the extra mile. We've had issues recently with cancelled trains meaning our seat reservations have been cancelled too. In preparation for this happening again, I was advised to contact the Disability Customer Service which was excellent from start to finish; lady on the phone and then two gentleman at the station, one of which escorted us to our seats. Really great staff who obviously love their jobs. Thank you.

Very Poor

Cakes arrived in a box which wasn't marked as fragile/food/this way up etc. The DPD driver literally threw and tossed the box on delivery. The cakes were obviously thrown around. I ordered the Afternoon Tea and the cakes are really poor for the price (over £30). Like a very cheap version of Mr Kiplings small cakes. Bad. Last time I ever use them.

Ordered a handbag yesterday and it came today. Fantastic Radley bag at an amazing price. It's gorgeous. Superbly wrapped and in pristine condition.
Will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible experience

ordered a celebration cake as wedding cake. Arrived squashed on top and without the celebration candles and sparklers (paid for). I thought that I had ordered a message display (to be on the cake) but it turned up handwritten on a company card - even that wasn't right. The cake was ordered for delivery the day before the wedding, as recommended. I have waited ALL day for a reply to phone call, email and online chat. NOTHING. Really bad. I've had to go out and buy decorations to cover the smudged top and replace the missing parts. Very very poor.
