As I've let you know in the past, your link from your emails always result in a "GO BACK! NOT SECURE!" warning because you URL just has "http" not "https" which is required if you want a secure link for your customers. It's really frustrating to always have to start over to get to your website, instead of just being able to click from your promotional emails. PLEASE ask you IT/Security dept to fix your URL, permanently. Thank you.

Got a message on screen saying a module had failed to load, or something like that. Instructions were too complicated, your chat was useless, and there was no way to reach anyone by phone. When I tried email, it just said my case had been closed. Couldn't get help when I needed it.
