I ordered a bench stool from Vaunt Design, and they delivered my order very quickly, but it was the wrong item. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly by arranging a return courier and delivering the correct item to me immediately. I am satisfied with their service.

We had a problem (door jammed) on the sliding doors bought from SPACESLIDE years ago and we contacted the company for help. The staff responded our request promptly, almost immediately and provided us advices in many ways including sending troubleshooting video link, telephone explanation and discussion, even the staff offered a virtual (online) watching how we do or come to site help if we could not work out the problem. Under their help, we sorted out the problem on the same day. Through this, I would like to say that the company put customers’ request at the first.
