I was a little worried about using this company. Any pop up on Facebook has always lead to a nightmare. But wow. I am so pleased I placed an order. My necklace and bracelet arrived quickly and was well packaged. They are of amazing quality and look simply gorgeous on. I will definitely be ordering from Soul Analyse again
This company is AMAZING!!!! I had so many questions before buying my items for the first time. Never once did they tire in answering them all. Their customer service is second to none. Every company needs to take a leaf out of their book. And an added bonus, my products arrived in record time!!!
The products - Wow wow wow. I am a regular user of sun beds and never gone this beautiful deep golden brown before. After just one session using the cream, I look like i have been in the Maldives for a week.
All that is left to say is look not further for all your tanning needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you CC!!!! xxxx
SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I so wish looked on here before ordered. Waited 3 weeks for my items and just been delivered. And I have no words!!!! For what I paid I could have gone to Pandora!!! It’s cheap and tacky and I am sure in an hour my ears will be green.
Do not fall for the ‘single mum sob story’ it’s a load of you know what!!! This has been shipped from China (I know because I have tracked it from there) and I am sure these are probably the rejects that even they can’t sell!!!
Like others, I am not going to waste my time asking for a refund. They aren’t faulty or damaged just awful cheap rubbish. I feel a complete fool for falling for this scam. You work hard to treat yourself for someone to come along and do this. But lesson learnt. I just hope people read this before purchasing. I would hate for anyone else to feel like I do right now.
And to prove everything is nothing but AI rubbish, watch the reply I get from them. Exactly same as others. How they can be closing down but want to grow their business, how they are listening. And even watch the reply when I say don’t bother replying!!!!
So to end, in case my message isn’t clear, avoid at all costs

I just love this company. And have to admit become a little obsessed with their soft knit sets. I now have all the colours in the hoodie/long pants. And NOW started on the shorts too. I have bought a couple of coats over the winter and cannot fault for the price. I haven’t had to return anything so I can’t speak about their customer services. However, orders arrive quickly and on time

I so wish I had read the contents box a little closer. Paid over £30 for two bits of cheese, a jar of pickle and one box of crackers. So for that, I have added a star as my fault. Maybe I didn’t because I thought there must be more in the box??? Surely???. But there isn’t. That is it. I could have done my own for a third of the price. Anyway. So for this box I cannot give any higher. The quality is lovely. But not £30 lovely. Probably won’t be using again even with the 15% loyalty voucher received before the box arrived. Should consider changing delivery companies as arrived two hours later than slot given. That is not the company’s fault. Oh dear. I so wanted to love this company.
I had never heard about this company until I received a Sea Salt diffuser for my birthday. And WOW it is gorgeous. I have spent a fortune on diffusers paying up to £45 a time. I now realise I have been paying for a ‘name’. The day after I bought a 500ml refill for all my diffusers. no word of a lie this saved me £180!!!! As one review mentions, delivery took a while due to the company closing for a week. But everyone deserves a break don’t they?? The website for very clear orders would not be processed for a week!! Once they returned my order was received within 5 days. So I feel this review was slightly unfair. I am so happy I found this company. Would highly recommend and will use again. This one diffuser made turning 50 worth it. Just wish my birthday points could have been added to my rewards account.

I love this company. The products are of amazing quality and value. Any questions are answered quickly. The only advice I would give is to buy a size bigger. The sizing is on the smaller side. But that is not enough to lose any stars. Everything else you get from this company more than covers the only one negative.
Alex explained everything in detail when arrived. Had lots of text messages to keep me updated of when my visit will be. Overall the service was very good
