I had a terrible experience with Jamoona. I ordered rice, and the first package arrived infested with weevils. After raising the issue, they sent me a replacement — but shockingly, the replacement was also infested, even before I opened the rice bag. The entire box and bag were crawling with weevils.
It’s completely unacceptable to send out food in this condition, especially after I had already complained once. This shows a serious lack of quality control and care for customers.
I’ve requested a full refund and attached photos/videos as proof, but honestly, this experience has been so disappointing that I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
