È un servizio pessimo (terrible service avoid)

Dopo aver ordinato un frigorifero, ho dovuto aspettare più di una settimana per avere conferma della ricezione dell'ordine. Il numero di tracciamento non funzionava, quindi non ho potuto tracciare la consegna per 10 giorni. Il frigorifero è poi arrivato al deposito più vicino, dove è rimasto per altre 2 settimane senza alcun aggiornamento. Ho provato più volte a contattare l'assistenza, ma mi hanno detto che era un problema del corriere. Ho quindi annullato l'ordine e ho chiesto un rimborso direttamente all'assistenza, che ha approvato e mi ha detto che mi sarebbe arrivata un'e-mail di conferma, ma niente!

After ordering a refrigerator, I had to wait over a week for confirmation that it had been received. The tracking number didn't work, so I couldn't track the delivery for 10 days. The refrigerator then arrived at the nearest warehouse, where it sat for another two weeks without any updates. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they said it was a courier issue. I then canceled the order and requested a refund directly from customer service, which approved it and told me I'd receive a confirmation email, but nothing!

WARNING - AVOID DOYOUSPAIN/DOYOUITALY

This is a WARNING to anyone hiring cars in Spain or Italy with this company. They will happily take your booking and full payment on your mastercard/visa but when you arrive at the airport, if you have unfortunately chosen one of the lesser known car hire agents, the risk is they do not accept all major mastercards or visa. Doyouspain/italy will then keep the money you paid to them on the card that was not accepted at the airport leaving you with no car whatsoever WITHOUT EXCEPTION. No refund no car. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, TERRIBLE HELPLINE.

Forced to purchase full insurance

Forced to purchase full insurance. This is an illegal practice but because there was no other car available, the agency in Cagliari airport added the very expensive daily insurance to the cost and if I didn't pay, I could not take the car. I have complained to Avis and awaiting a response!

Shocking experience - AVOID

This company finds cheap cars but then the good part stops. You will NEVER get the car on the booking! Yesterday after my usual booking of the car with my Tesco credit card, the hire company would not allow me to take the car because Tesco is not a bank! I rent cars monthly without issue and with doyouitaly and doyouspain with my Tesco Mastercard but this time no. Cagliari was my destination. The hire company kept my money and when I called doyouitaly, they said because it is within 48 hours, I cannot get a refund! Instead I had to book a car on the spot with another company at 3 times the price - with Tesco mastercard. Doyouripoff? YES! I am taking this to the complaints social media and UK FCA and Mastercard have said they will lodge a formal complaint and seek verification why their Mastercard is being blacklisted.
