Steve was so so helpful and wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and experience. He is extremely thoughtful and listens very well. His attention to detail is like nothing I’ve seen before. I am so so impressed at his work ethic. He truly is a wonderful employee. I would recommend him 100 times. He is extremely good with communication and has no problem going above and beyond to ensure that your trip is seamless. If there is an issue, or even a last minute decision on my part, Steve was quick to step in and try to solve it.
