Over 3 weeks to get a refund. At David Lloyd’s Nottingham Aspley Lane
I looked at joining David Lloyd in June and I signed me and my family up.
We knew we had the 14 day cooling off period to see if it would work with our routine and unfortunately it didn’t.
I asked to cancel the membership on day 7ish and explained that it didn’t fit in at the moment, but we will look to come back in the future. I was told that I would receive it in 5-7 days, unfortunately it has still not turned up even though I have had to send in my back statement showing that no refund had been issued. I get a phone call today saying that I will get a refund but I will have to wait another 7 days on top of the 3 weeks I’ve been waiting already. It’s a bit of a joke if I’m honest and has let down the whole experience of wanting to come back to David Lloyd’s gym.
The gym itself is great and the kids activities/clubs were our initial attraction, but the admin side of things has been terrible.
