I have joined App4 since 2023
I have joined App4 since 2023, they were great. Customer service was fantastic and could always get hold of some to talk to if there was any issues. They also had a out of hours number to call if needed. I was so pleased to use them for my business. However, since they have gone partnership with Order YOYO this year 2025 the company is now ridiculously bad. There is zero customer service and support. You can no longer get hold of anyone to speak to in person.
This app company is suppose to be in partnership with you to provide a platform for your business so to not being able to talk to anyone over the phone about your account is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.
After App4 has joined with Order YOYO, you are only available to speak with someone via web chat, email or WhatsApp and even then, they don't respond effectively especially on the major issues like your payouts. I have tried to reach out numerous times to talk to someone about this but had no luck. I demanded on the WhatsApp chat for someone to call but they refuse. Gave me a number to call instead, which I tried calling numerous times for it to ring a few times then says our line is now closed, our opening hours is 9am to 8pm. Take note, I called at 11am so confused as to why their line is closed!
They increased our rates per order without informing us and would even charge fees on cash payment orders when there are zero transaction on their end. App 4 never use to charge on cash orders.
To anyone who is looking to find a online ordering platform for their business, please think twice before joining. They are a very bad company now. You can tell by searching Order YOYO reviews, they have very bad reviews and now they have dragged App4 down with them. Which is such a shame.
I know a few businesses who used App4 but since they partned with Order YOYO, the businesses are now leaving.
Unfortunately I will be doing the same.
