Just don't!

We engaged LocalIQ for SEO and Google ads and the team were well briefed as to the expectations and outcomes i.e.LEADS!

LocalIQ operated through their own platform, which gave no sight of actual expenditure. They changed our telephone number in order to track calls, which created confusion and a level of distrust among our customers and potential customers. Leads were claimed by LocalIQ but in actual fact, through investigation this was not the case.

At month 3 we came into a week of no leads! Performance didn't improve and in month 5 we were offered to redirect the budget to Facebook ads by LocalIQ, a clear indicator that their faith in there work, was not there.

With nearly £30k in expenditure, LocalIQ provided 2 leads that went to sale.

Within a month of moving to our new company, we were back into double figure leads in a week and improving.

Despite going through a review of the miserable 6 months provided by LocalIQ, they claimed that they did not promise or guarantee results! Why else would someone pay you to market their company if not to provide leads.

Gave them every opportunity to come to an agreeable settlement, and they refused.

Do not give this company your time, effort and more importantly money.

Although our agreement doesn’t guarantee a specific number of leads, our team remained committed to optimising performance and made ongoing recommendations throughout your campaign. We’re sorry these efforts didn’t translate into the results you were looking for.

Regarding call tracking, we completely understand your concern about the impact on your customers. While we did discuss this process with you prior to setting your campaign live and confirmed this in the Campaign Construct document that you signed, we’re very sorry if it caused any confusion or discomfort for your business. Please be assured that it was implemented only with the intention of helping us provide transparency in performance and to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.

We regret that your experience has left you dissatisfied, and while we have many clients who see results from our work with which they are happy, we fully respect that this was not the case for you. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll take it on board to keep improving our services.
