Received wrong bearing
Ordered a new sealed bearing for a project. Received an unsealed version. Seeing as the bearing came out of France and I'm required to pay return shipping I decided to just take my business elsewhere.
EDIT: I left my original comment for context. I never did reach out to them about the bearing being wrong. They read this review and did everything in their power to make it right. As such I've changed my rating

Thank you for leaving us a comment. We have just checked our parts in stock and there seemed to be a mix-up with the non sealed version of the part you ordered. Please note that if you receive a non-compliant item, you do not have to pay any return costs as the error is ours.
We have asked our accounting department to refund your order and encourage you to directly get in touch with our customer service department if you ever encounter this issue with any future orders.
