Product received with no issues

The tub was split in the packages box . 1 small square of bubble wrap laying loose in the box which did not protect the tub during transportation . Contents of product ordered were loose and contaminated. Reported and awaiting replacement . This has happened a few times to my orders . Insufficient protective packaging every time .
