Okay experience

Once order was placed my card was charged and then refunded, and then charged again once the item shipped.

Customer service was responsive when asked about the above charges and refunds, but still was odd and tripped some auto fraud alerts on my account for rapid multiple transactions.

Shipping took longer than expected, but item arrived fine.
