Feels a bit pointless adding to the myriad terrible reviews here, Sky obviously don't care to improve their service no matter how clear their ineptitude is. As others have said this would be a zero stars review if possible. Mind bogglingly terrible service. Ordered Broadband from them, after 15 days internet stopped working. Was told that the issue was that they had the wrong address on the system and the line was showing as my neighbours address. Still unsure how that we had internet one day and not the next because of this. Anyway took over two weeks to resolve what you would think would be a simple address change. No had to cancel and reorder and even that was a minefield of waiting for Sky to deal with Openreach and endless confusing nonsense and jargon about the issue which made no practical sense. Doesn't seem their network staff are particularly well trained or know anything about how the systems work or how to resolve issues. Ridiculously hard to contact them and speak to someone, can never speak to the same person, no one calls back when they say they will, no one seems to care about actually resolving your problems just happy to get you off the phone. Could go on and on. Steer clear, use anyone else, you will waste time and emotion trying to get an adequate service out of this soulless, uncaring monopoly monster.
