I paid extra for the faster shipping however didnt receive the order until about 2 weeks (at least) after that estimated date. I had to email 3 times asking for a refund and to send the order back. I was finally informed that they were going to processing the refund except the shipping charges (I paid $12 for faster shipping and they also added on $9 for their shipping that they also deducted from my refund). I was unhappy with the customer service and the shipping issue so I decided to just go another route , that’s why I was returning. They informed me that I was not eligible for a refund but they would do it as a courtesy. Before making your purchase, be sure to really read all of the conditions on the refund/return policy page.
