I purcased this product a few months ago, and have enjoyed using it, and starting to feel the results.
However, one of the bands broke on me. So I emailed back to let them know about it, and if there was anything they could do.
The communications were fast and very helpful, and they were able to resolve the issue in a professional timely manner.
I have recommended thus to friends and family, as it has saved me heaps of money on gym fees!
