Very disappointing

I purchased a chiller and ice bath less than a year ago and have had ongoing issues from day one. Every time I’ve contacted support, I only receive automated replies and no real assistance. After months of trying, I was sent a replacement (which I had to pay for) even though the original unit was still under warranty. The replacement has the exact same problems, and now the ice bath doesn’t work at all.

Customer service has completely ignored my follow-up emails. I also referred three friends who bought the same product, and all of them have experienced similar issues. Very disappointing experience overall — both the product and support have been terrible. I would not recommend this company.
