I,ve been a customer of Plutus since the beginning. Used the Cashback once where I sold my Plutus for €, almost 2 years ago, and it worked out fine, back when the rates where seen and set by user supply/demand. And then, they went into what they called “ major changes for better service and usage”. Which they advertised as “the next step”. That step made impossible to get any cashback for 6 months at the time, but didn’t make impossible for you to keep spending your money through Plutus. 6 months turned into 12, 12 into 18 and now here we are. Tried to redeem my PLU several times, one of them the PLU was actually take out of the account but the € where never sent to me!

Reached out, took 3 mails from me until things were sorted. PLU was given back, not the money. When I tried it again, the amount of PLU was lower than the previous attempt, despite the PLU amount I was exchanging was the same.

Reached out again “How can the same amount of PLU now be worth half of what it was? Specially when my total € to receive for my total PLU is 350€, and it only says that I will get 150€ for ALL of it? Keep in mind that for 50% of my PLU at my first attempt was going to give me back 265€ when exchanged “. Guess what happens, no one replied to my 4 e mails regarding this AND they took out the full amount of € you have on hold to exchange for your PLU from your HUB!

So now, when I try to trade ANY PLU for any €, it just says unexpected error. No changing fee, no conversion rate.
Punchline is that I paid for the yearly subscription.
