Worst Experience Ever
The "reviews" in my opinion, are auto-generated and FAKE. From the very beginning there were issues with the order. They claimed same/next day delivery, which was not the case. After reaching out to them via email, I got nowhere. I then tried the customer service phone number. After multiple attempts, I was able to get an answer at the number. The male on the phone asked for the order number, at which time I provided. He stated my name and what the order was. I told him, yes that was correct. He asked me to hold and began a whole conversation with someone else. After 10 minutes, I said, "hello"...he said, "yes" then asked "you still here?" Then the line disconnected. I tried the phone number multiple times to but was met with a message stating "the number is no longer in service" or just a loud beep tone. By far, the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this company if your in the U.S. attempting to deliver to Dominican Republic.
