I don't normally write feedback,but on this occasion I just had to. My aunt from South Africa was planning to visit for a couple of months to stay. After researching accommodation options, I come across HCGB Services and decided to reach out to see what exactly they offer.
I met with the onsite manager Zaiga at property in Crawley. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, with a wealth of knowledge about the building and the local property market in Crawley.
Although HCGB Services don't typically offer short let accommodation, Zaiga still took the time to point me in the right direction and offered helpful advice.
Zaiga is a truly great asset to the company, and I wish her all the best in the future.

Delivered wrong address

I have asked for a parcel to be delivered to Horley train station lockers, unfortunately second time it was delivered to Gatwick North which is not convenient for me as I don't drive and there's no buses going this way, so I had to take a taxi and I'm £20 out of my pocket. So very disappointed with you!
