The bed arrived at my house on the day…
The bed arrived at my house on the day booked only to discover that the delivery driver had the wrong address, a house a few doors down. Despite knowing where it was supposed to be delivered and a conversation with me they left with the bed. It took a week to get a response and further negotiation to get the day I needed. I appreciate mistakes happen but decent customer service would suggest that it should be the customer who has to solve the issue. It should also have been resolved much quicker. After all, it was a post code change
