i have just again been on live chat with this deplorable company,
said they can find my transactions i gave them again and again bet id etc, they said nothing matches,
liars and thieves,
wont give the promo as per challenge.
keep saying i made the mistake i have checked and checked i did to their T/cs but again they said deposit for a further bonus, still waiting for the fist,
please if you are reading this, AVOID AVOID at all costs,
My husband worked for hills for years and he siad he has never know a company as bad as sportingbet,
dreadfull company ,,, i would write to the gambling commission but like my husband siad their hands are tied and they are scared of the industry big boys,
so you are alone with no help,
so please avoid this company

I would give them minus one if it was available,
Probably the worst bookmaker i have ever signed up to,
Up to now they have not bothered to give me the bonuses as promised.
After a lengthy chat via live chat and was told dont worry it will be added a further 3 days later still nothing, even the boost bonus was not available as promised, all in all zero,
I have also 3 days ago sent them 2 emails all ignored,
They should be reported to trading standards i might just do that wednesday as i have a day off from work,
The final kick in the teeth was a sales email i saw this morning which prompted me to do this review,
It said make another deposit for a further bonus,
who are these people, dam rip off,
give me what i am owed you robbers

very poor service when it comes to issuing the promo which is advertised,
They promise 48 hours and still nothing so you have to chase customer service to apply the 100 spins that are offeed in the sign up offer,
then when you finaly get them they give you a very poor quality machine that has not a good rtp,
