We chose A G verandas to supply and install our veranda c/w under blind and are so pleased that we did. Their support and attention to detail throughout the whole process was excellent from initial contact and subsequent queries. Reece and Sharif responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and were not pushy in trying to get us to commit to a purchase. Delivery was on-time and the installation team were excellent, putting in a long shift to complete the installation in one day! We are very pleased with the finished product and look forward to relaxing and spending some lazy afternoons during the coming months sat under our new veranda. Family Thompson, New Forest.

Major hick-up with renewal payment. One unsuccessful attempt at paying for renewal, via credit card, followed by what appeared to be a successful transaction. Received a screen message (which I thankfully exported as a PDF document) saying policy had been renewed. However, continued to receive emails and texts warning that the policy was about to expire. Lengthy phone call to customer service where I was advised that I had not renewed and therefore had not been sent a renewal confirmation despite the evidence that I had. However my card had nt been debited so had to make a further payment over the phone. All sorted but clearly a renewal system that needs some serious attention!!
