Don’t not buy from this company absolutely appalling customer service. Bought a box and paid for 2 day delivery. 10 days later no item has arrived and have been since told that it can take 20 days for items to be packaged… why offer 2 day delivery? After 20 days still haven’t arrived, don’t respond to emails won’t refund me. Contacted the bank for charge back instead

Paid for followers and received them. However suddenly noticed I’d signed up to a monthly subscription (written very small below the packages) and went to cancel it, it won’t recognise my email that I used so haven’t been able to cancel it and was charged £35
