Very poor assistance
Very poor assistance. They made a simple video, and the support agent kept saying, "Just follow the steps." The support person vanishes from the chat log if you seek for assistance in a way other than via video. really impolite behavior.

User requested support on our sales chat, asking about creating an order form for domains. We provided a video with step by step instructions but he either didn't watch the video or didn't understand so we provided screenshots highlighting the steps required to achieve what he was trying to do. After that he was able to do what he wanted, and his final message in our web chat was "Thank you for your quick support and help". We went above and beyond to help and he thanked us by the end of the chat, so we are shocked that he left a 1-star review and think we should have received a 5-star review.
