Do not sign up for a trial, its a fraud!
The company unfairly charges your credit card even when the there is no active subscription. The support department does not answer calls or emails. My card was charged without my permission. Even though, I
Followed Cancellation Process: I diligently followed Benzinga Pro's published cancellation process and confirmed that no active subscriptions were present in my account before the charge was processed.
Misleading Communication: Benzinga Pro's emails regarding the trial expiration implied that an action was required from my end to upgrade, which I did not take.
Lack of Response: Despite my attempts to contact Benzinga Pro via email and phone to rectify the situation, I received no response.
Unclear Subscription Management: I was not informed about managing my subscription through the Chargebee portal until after the charge occurred.
I reacehd out to vipaccounts support email multiple times, no one ever bothered to even acknowledge receipt of my emails forget replying them.
This is a company thats out to get your money and it seems the only way they can do that is to sign you up for a trial and charge your card
